Last Friday, I went home quite late after gym.
Since my parents were still 20 minutes away, I decided to treat my RPs with a packet of fries from the mess.
In the end, they kindly declined the offer. Even the OCTs (who are more likely to be hungry) refuse my fries. I even tried to offer the fries to this uncle whose van was parked outside camp. The rejection placard was once again shoved into my face.
In the end, I offered it to my parents but not before I finished half the packet on my own.
Consolation? My mother said that the fries were pretty nice. I guess that's the max comfort I can get for now.
