blog
i resolve to blog at least once every bookout.
ok tomorrow is when my 22 months of soldier life starts and civilian life is temporarily put aside.
i really hope that i do not change drastically over this period of time.
i shall always be the feet-firmly-planted-on-groud, pragmatic, realistic person who knows his own limits and would not be afraid to take calculated risks, even if it means challenging his own limits.
the going may get tough but i shall never let it affect the core me. i shall remain who i am. ns will only serve to make me stronger, not to corrupt me.
ns will never be viewed as a waste of time. rather, it's just a pause in life, a time to reflect on myself and try stretching my mental and physical limits out of my comfort zone.
after ns, i will once again retrieve what has been put aside for 22 months and carry on the journey.
remember the dreams, the aspirations, the tao hui zui stall, the new languages, the desire to see the auroras.
most importantly, rememeber the desire not to lose my sanity.
see you 22 months later.
