malu -> a colloquial word for embarrassement.
today's physics saw me getting malu-ed repeatedly. first the phy tutor decided to read out my 'well-written' response to a qualitative question to the whole class and i didn't find my answer particularly 'well-written'.
then the time came to present answers to the revision tutorial. i volunteered for two qns. the first qn i misinterpreted certain concepts and gave the wrong working. however, it paled in comparison to my screwup for the second. although the answer was correct, i misread the question completely and my working didn't make any sense at all. so much for 'well-written' physics answers...
to rub salt into the wound, i discovered two stickers stuck to the back of my shirt after they were there for 1 hr+. the stickers were those that provided the candidate information for the a level listening comprehension and some 'nice' person just decided to stick it on me.
what a malu day. sigh...
