Ytd, while taking the mrt home, there was this peculiar incident. 2 middle-aged women stood up when the train was pulling into hougang station. i, as usual, was standing at the door on the side that is not used. then, these 2 women were standing in front of me and throwing me annoyed looks as they were prepared to alight thru the side i was standing at. even when the train was pulling into the station with the gates all too visible on the other side and the advert boards being highly visible on this side,they were still throwing me annoyed looks as if they want me to get out of the way. then, when the doors opened, they were about to move when they realised they made a mistake and quickly exited thru the correct side. my first reaction was ><, then -.-" i swear i saw another girl in the carriage chuckle. i resisted the urge to laugh. that was probably the only highlight on the mrt home.
